Pre-Order:
The Pre-order process enables you to get allocation on priority. However, it does not ensure availability of your device during the launch. Colour and/or memory options are subject to availability. Atter the Pre-order process is completed, you will receive notifications containing the details of the Pre-order and the amount paid. If you wish to cancel your Pre-order, please email us at info@inspireonline.in and attach your Pre-order details. The pre-order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 working days.
Launch:
Products will be available from September 19, 2025 | 8 a.m. onwards.
If your product is available, you will receive an intimation from the store via a phone call with a time to pick up your device. At the time of the billing, Pre-order (ID) needs to be shown to the cashier to complete the billing process. If you fail to show up for the pick-up and do not notify us in advance for more than 6 hours from the allotted time, the booking amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and the device will be allocated to the next customer.
Exchange / Buy Back of your existing device:
We encourage you to get your existing device evaluated at the store for its exchange value before the launch. This will reduce your wait time at launch.
Loans / Finance:
We encourage you to get your eligibility for loans checked with the store in advance to ensure minimum wait time during the launch.
